Some say that service and chivalry are dead. Our parents and grandparents will tell us of days gone by when one could go to a service station and have their oil checked, windows washed and tire pressure checked, all done with a smile. This level of service is difficult to find today. But it is this spirit of service that dictates everything that Romeo does. It’s a commitment he has been making to his country, his community and his family for many years and one that he works hard to fulfill at every opportunity.
SERVING COUNTRY
Two weeks after graduating high school, Romeo enlisted in the US Navy and found himself in Florida for basic training. While his friends back home in California were enjoying summer vacation, Romeo was beginning his service to his country. While serving onboard a fast-attack nuclear submarine as a mechanical engineer, Romeo made a decision that he could better serve his country by serving as a naval officer. So 3 ½ years later, after attending the University of Southern California, Romeo earned his military commission and found himself in Pensacola, Florida on his way to becoming a Navy pilot.
SERVING COMMUNITY
After a successful military career and a move to Austin, Texas, Romeo wanted to give back to the community that had welcomed him with open arms. Romeo became involved with Habitat for Humanity , donating his time and efforts in helping with the construction of homes for low income families. He worked along side other volunteers who freely gave up their weekends to improve the lives of those around them. It was this positive experience that would later mold his decision to become a real estate professional.
SERVING FAMILY
While in Texas, Romeo met his wife and began his next era of service, service to his family. With the birth of his first born son, Romeo began to understand and practice the virtues of patience and self-sacrifice that are required of a father. The joy and happiness that marriage and fatherhood have brought Romeo far exceed any of his previous academic or military achievements. It is this thorough understanding of the importance of family and the need to provide a nurturing home that has molded how Romeo views his responsibilities as a real estate professional.
YOUR HOME, YOUR CASTLE
A home is more than a place where you watch television, sleep and eat. Your home is your “castle”. Aside from probably being your largest investment, it is where memories are made, your children are raised and where you find comfort in knowing that there’s a place that you can call your own. Finding the right home for you is more than just a service that Romeo provides, it’s his passion.
SERVICE FIT FOR A KING
Just as King living in a castle demanded the highest level of service, so should you when choosing a real estate professional to help you buy or sell your “castle”. Romeo’s passion for service motivates him to develop detailed strategic marketing plans and take the necessary time to communicate with his clients, clearly explaining every option and outlining the most effective way to help them reach their goals. Working hard to find new ways to better serve his clients and contribute to their success is why Romeo Manzanilla is one of Austin’s most sought after real estate professionals. For your next move in or around the Austin area, the right choice to help you maximize your opportunities is Romeo Manzanilla. “Service Fit for a King.” |
